Responsibilities
* Oversee all HR activities
* Professionally handle HR training, planning and manage the delivery when necessary
* Conduct Recruiting & Staffing and manage the entire process
* Approach the business to offer the solutions as a generalist
Requirements
* HR planning; preferably with a foreign company
* 3 years or more of HR experience
* Non HR experience (such as sales) is welcome
* Excellent communication skills in both Japanese & English
* Financial industry experience preferred, thought not required
