*The company provides management consulting services exclusively to its member companies and external clients
*Its Japan office is seeking an experienced professional to join its expanding Management Consulting team
Responsibilities
*Strategic Planning
*Project Management
*Business Process Reengineering
*M&A Due Diligence and Post-Acquisition Integration
*Organizational Change Management
*Global Sourcing /Procurement
*Responsible for initial client meetings, project management, project delivery and implementation
Requirements
*Fluent in English and Japanese
*A minimum of 7 years of corporate experience (at least 2 of which are post-MBA)
*Previously functioned in a lead capacity on project-based work
*Demonstrated success working in large, respected corporate organizations
*Recent experience with project-type work,
*MBA from a top-tier institution, and/or equivalent Masters degree
*Ability to work with ambiguous project definitions and client expectations and to function in unstructured situations
*Excellent writing, analytical and quantitative skills
*Strong case study skills (summary approach, evaluation, and resolution)
*Enthusiastic, assertive, and creative
*Flexible, 30-50% travel to be anticipated

Remuneration:
Up to 12 million yen depending on skills and experience
