Responsibilities
*Implement and improve the QA programs in production plant as per quality plan
*Maintain and enhance quality standards
*Reduce consumer complaints by improving quality control process
*Develop incoming raw material inspection process and drive vendor quality
*Effective management of 6 staff
*Availability for overseas business trips
Requirements
*Experience in production management and quality assurance with fast moving consumer goods
*Experience in improvement of quality control processes and productivity based on global standards
*Management experience preferred
*Advanced Japanese and Business level English
