Responsibilities
*Lead or co-manage some of the company’s most strategic application projects
*Coordinate with different colleagues and manage resources including business analysts, developers, testers, and others
*Be highly flexible and committed to implementing projects/products that will increase the company’s profits and market lead.
Requirements
*Background in programming or software development (any language / platform experience would be considered)
*Understands Software Development Life Cycle
*Familiarity with design technologies such as Used Case and UML
*Knowledge of database
*Experience in managing business/user requirements
*Strong Project Management experience
*Fluent in Japanese and business level English
*Prior experience in insurance or financial industries would be a plus but not a must

Remuneration:
*Up to 12 million yen. The actual salary is dependent on the candidate’s experience, skills and current pay package
