* Management of career path for high performer and new graduate
* Management of Job grading system after the implementation of new HR system
* Build a framework of HR training program
* Develop and implement quality Training programs to all employees and its entities
* Create assessment program to evaluate employee performance and system for appraisal follow up
Requirements
* Must have extensive Training experience
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese, coupled with strong people skills
* Ability to present to groups with good leadership skills
