Responsibilities
Coordinate the flow of people within the business lines
* Participate in various HR Projects as requested, and follow up with managers and employees
* Coordinate with HR colleagues within the team and department-wide to make HR policy improvements
Requirements
* Solid HR Generalist background required, or 3-5 years of equivalent experience
* Good communication skills in English and Japanese
* Team player with good problem solving skills
* Must be proactive and able to manage time effectively
