Responsibilities
* Lead both the Japan and Korea team
* Develop and implement quality Training programs to all employees and its entities
* Create assessment program to evaluate employee performance
* Provide reports to management on Training and development issues
* Plan events and seminars
Requirements
* Must be a University Graduate
* Must have extensive Training experience preferably within the Insurance industry
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese
* Good Coaching and Consulting skills
* Ability to present to groups with good leadership skills

Remuneration: This position pays 16 - 20 million
