*One of lnternational leading investment managers is looking for an enthusiastic candidate for Trade Execution.

Responsibilities

*Settlements for MSAITM's client accounts. He/she must be able to recognize, communicate and assist in resolution of concerns related to settlements within the brokers and trust bank relationships.

*Managing own separate accounts and ITM accounts depending on product type and vehicle. These accounts are invested in a variety of global markets in the equity and fixed income segments.

*Interface with portfolio managers, fund accountants and trust banks supporting the day to day management of a variety of asset classes.

*Overseeing all aspects of portfolio manager reporting.

*Trade processing of their account load. This will include confirming trade details with brokers, ensuring accurate trade instructions are entered on the internal accounting system, and communicating the trade instructions to custodians and fund accountants in an accurately and timely manner.

*Monitoring accurate settlement of trades. This will include reviewing and communicating futures unmatched and failed trades with custodians and brokers. Assist in resolution of securities and cash discrepancies with team members who handle reconciliation of client accounts against custodian and fund accountant statements.

*Monitoring the posting of collateral with the various brokers.

*Externally being the primary contact for the fund administrators and custodian banks. The candidate will also be communicating with brokers.

Requirements

*3 years work experience in the accounting and/or financial industry.
*Product knowledge including products and instruments of the international markets both equity and fixed income segments, foreign exchange and derivatives.
* Strong communication skills in Japanese and English.
*A self motivated individual who works well in a team environment.
*Works with a high degree of independence.
*Strong organizational and analytical skills to effectively summarize problems and reach clear conclusions.
*Computer experience should include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. or any other elated software.
*General knowledge of international settlement cycles, market practices registration issues, and clearing systems.
*Written and verbal communication skills essential for handling complex situations, issues, requests with all internal and external contacts-including portfolio managers, fund administrators, trust banks and other areas of MSAITM.
