Responsibilities
*Provide fund administration functions on a daily basis for Investment Trust funds and Discretionary funds
*Ensure that Net Asset Value per unit is accurately provided by trustees and Agents for Investment Trust funds
*Participate in projects such as system conversions and procedural enhancements
*Minimize operational risks associated with daily funds activities derived from investments by Portfolio Managers
Requirements
*College graduate or above
*Operations-related experience in the industry
*Experience of investment operations at ITM or Asset Management companies is preferred
*Sound understanding of financial markets
*Detailed understanding of securities operations as well as an understanding of investment support systems and processes
*Solid PC skills: Excel spreadsheets, databases and portfolio accounting/trading or other systems (ex. T-Star)
*Fluent in Japanese and English
*Good communication skills (verbal and written)
*Strong teamwork skills
*Ability to work under pressure
