Finance Manager

Company Description

Our client is an American chemicals company with manufacturing in the Kanto area and over 500 people in Japan. The CFO is Non-Japanese and Japan functions as the Asia Pacific Headquarter for Finance functions.

Responsibilities

*Lead Japan finance team with revenue US$ 30mil
*Lead finance controllership over manufacturing facility, research center and commercial team (Tokyo & China)
*Establish and take ownership of all Accounting and Finance functions for Japan
*This position reports to CFO (foreigner) and does not supervise any staff

Requirements

*BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business
*4-6 years progressive financial experience
*Excellent English skills
*Knowledge of Japan and US GAAP

Our client can pay up to 12 million yen
