Responsibilities

This position is fully responsible for HR system, compensation & benefits to maintain and improve the quality of HR data system, guidelines and programs.
*Manage HR Planning Team
*Supervise one HRMS & benefits coordinator (shain) and HRMS data clerk (temp staff)
*Be responsible for performance management and development of the team
*HR Rules and Guidelines
*Develop and maintain SOX documents regarding compensation and benefits
*Incentive Scheme
*HRMS and Benefits Management

Requirements

*College degree
*At least 5 years comp & benefits experiences

Remuneration:
11 - 14 Million Base
