Company Description

US Investment House is looking for a candidate who has strong knowledge of equitiy Derivatives Documentation.

Responsibilities

*Draft and negotiate confirmations for plain vanilla and structured trade types products (i.e. Collars, Call/Put Spreads, Two-part Swaps, Barrier Options)
*Liaise with traders, marketers, legal, credit, payments, and counterparty/clients to accurately draft and execute confirms
*Maintain accurate records and confirmation history in our Documentation database.
*Resolve outstanding issues and communicate/escalate problems to Senior Management.
*Participate in industry initiatives and working groups

Requirements

*Minimum of 3 years, experience in drafting and negotiating structured equity transactions.
*Comprehensive knowledge of Equity Derivatives Definitions
*Understanding of structured derivative transactions
*Fluent in English and either Japanese or (preferably) Cantonese.

Additional Notes

Remuneration:
up to 10million JPY depending on skills and experience
