Company Description
*A boutique real estate investment fund with major multinational partnerships in the Asia-Pacific region
Responsibilities
*Preparing and reporting monthly, quarterly and annual year end financial statements
*Preparing and coordinating annual financial audits
*Preparing and coordinating tax returns
*Develop and analyze cash flow projections and universal budgets by working closely with Asset Managers
*Coordinating with the treasury accountant for accounts payable
*Making journal entries for accrued expenses including depreciation, amortization, interest, corporate taxes, property taxes, reserves, waterfalls, etc
*Supervising Senior Accountants and Accountants for daily operations
*Reporting to the lenders and investors
Requirements
*Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
*Knowledge of JGAAP and/or USGAAP
*CPA qualification preferred but not essential
*Management experience preferred
*Native-level Japanese and Business-level English skills
*Experience of corporate and consumption taxes preferred
*An awareness of commercial codes, or civil laws relevant to real estate companies preferred
*Good communication skills to coordinate with outsourcing companies, consultants, investors and lenders etc.

Remuneration:
Between 10 and 12 million JPY depending on skills and experience
