Leading Financial Institution with exposure accross Japan with their

Responsibilities

* Reorganize sensitive contracts and documentation

* Manage integration of Payroll including year-end tax adjustment initiative

* Provide support for HR Managers and Directors in personnel projects

* Handle administration of personnel information/database

* Oversee joiners and leavers process

* Prepare reports for Accounting and other divisional heads including HR

* Administrate personnel regulations and rules; Assist in developing new rules and procedures

* Provide service to other divisions (answer queries and prepare materials)

* Manage 1-3 staff

Requirements

* Experience in Payroll function
* Good communication in English a must
* Knowledge of Social Insurance, Tax, Government reporting
* Must be a team player
