Responsibilities
* Manage all mid-career recruitment activities
* Conduct performance appraisals in close relationship with line managers
* Handle compensation review procedures
* Manage all employee relations issues
* Support headcount budget and review future staffing needs
* Create policy for the Tokyo office with regard to work rules and data management
* Oversee succession planning and career management systems
Requirements
* Must have over 3 years HR experience
* Excellent management skills
* Able to plan, develop and implement new strategies on a timely basis
* Excellent team working skills
Additional Notes
Remuneration: 16-21 Million yen base salary
