*Plan, Develop and implement new digital businesses for the company
*Coordinate with service and digital service providers, mobile or music companies, PC or music contents distribution companies and others
*Coordinate with global colleagues and share info, best practices and strategies on issues related to digital business
*Manage a team of 3 people
Requirements
*Relevant experience in developing new business plans for any of the following industries: games, music, movies, videos or other entertainment-related field
*Native-level Japanese and Business English
*Good management, leadership and communication skills
*Proven success in a creative environment
