Responsibilities
*OTC IR & OTC Credit: Confirmation/documentation ( incl exotic/structured products ), settlement, Trade Control Management. Manage a team of 2
*CFI Loans: support the growth of loan biz; needs to deal with BPS, GSF, GCS and other end clients. Manage team of 2
*FI: support bond business for DRCM and other businesses. Manage 1 person
*System Projects : Implementation of new confirmation/settlement system from Dec 06 through the end of 2007 and replacement of current system
*Transformation initiatives : facilitate the offshore project; capable to lead continuous improvements; green belt projects and other initiatives
*Client relationship: build strong relationship with Japan FI Front Office and end clients; conduct client visits
*Active participation on both regional and global OTC forum
Requirements
*Capability of handling technical problems & system issues and facilitating staff's career advancement
*Strong inter-personal communication skills; fluent in both verbal and written English and Japanese
*Capability of dealing with people with different backgrounds
*Strong Drive and Energy
*Team Player
*University graduate with at least 5 yrs experience in OTC/FI/Loans, of which at least 3 yrs in a managerial capacity
*JSDA level 1 preferable
