Company Description
*Our client is a fast-growing private equity fund management company aiming to identify and secure the best real estate investment opportunties in Asia and Europe
*New Position due to Business Expansion
Responsibilities
*Coordinate with Investment Managers, Corporate Finance Managers, Fund Controllers and Treasurer to ensure deals are closed efficiently and in accordance with company policies
*Coordinate with Corporate Finance Managers to ensure investment structures are set up timely and in accordance with tax and legal advice
*Liaise with investment accounting service providers to ensure outsourced functions are set up and delivered on time, efficiently and satisfactorily
*Actively contribute to the continual streamlining of processes and procedures
*Supervision of junior accountants
*Review accounts prepared by junior accountants
*Participate in finance related projects as and when required
*Opening of domestic bank accounts
Requirements
*Must have over 5 year accounting experience and good understanding on JGAAP and J Tax, SPC accounting experience will be a plus
*Over 2 years management experience
*Japanese or overseas CPA will be a plus
*Audit experience will be a plus, especially in the Big 4
*Proactive decision maker

Additional Notes
Remuneration:
Up to 13 million JPY depending on skills and experience
