Responsibilities

*Plans and performs internal audits that evaluate internal controls in Customer Service processes and Compliance
*Evaluation of internal controls regarding Customer Service processes and Compliance in accordance with SOX Act
*Examines Customer Service processes and Compliance and provides management with recommendations for improvements to policies, procedures, and practices
*Follow-up for improvement of findings from internal audits

Requirements

*3 to 5 years of financial (or IT) experience or internal or external audit experience required
*Excel, Word, Power Point
*Fluent in Japanese
*Strong English communication skills a big plus
*Flexible with a good teamwork ethic
*Insurance experience a big plus
*Interest in building skills and developing career
