Responsibilities

*Full-time member of the Board
*Drive strategic thinking and decision-making
*Ensure accurate and timely company accounts
*Provide monthly reports and presentations to Board members
*Supervise Accounting team

Requirements

*Native-level Japanese and Business-level English language fluency
*8 years min. General Accounting and Finance experience
*CPA/MBA an advantage
*Practical knowledge of US and JGAAP
*Experience in growing company an advantage
*Commitment to integrity and achievement of the highest standards
