Company Description
*My client is the one of the largest confectionary makers in the world
*They are looking for an energetic candidate who can fill the Controller role
Responsibilities
*Supervise Accounting Team in maintaining the accounting records in order to meet both Japanese and U.S. GAAP requirements
*Perform company business plan, budgets and forecasts; B/S and P/L preparation for Long range plan, B/S and P/L preparation for Annual operation plan and forecasts
*Provide financial support to top management, e.g. P/L by customer, P/L by product, GP analysis, LOD analysis
*Support CFO in recommending saving opportunities
*Update SOX documents and perform self assessment of internal control checklists
Requirements
*Minimum 8 years experience in accounting and finance
*Experience developing and training stuff desirable
*Native level Japanese with advanced level English
*US CPA holder is a plus.
*Management experience preferred
Additional Notes
Remuneration:
Up to 12 Million Yen depending on skills and experience
