Responsibilities
The Project Manager is expected to take full, end-to-end responsibility for the project; frequently working alone on a project hence autonomy is key requirement. In addition, the project manager is expected to be hands on and provide business analysis and validation support given the lean nature of the team.
The role involves working closely with the regional & global business and Operations the overseas team members (London/New York/Singapore/Asia Pac) and as such the role may involve occasional travel on an as needs basis. Due to the global nature of the role, the hours worked may need overlap with alternate global locations.
Requirements
*At least 3+ years project management experiences or operations experience including project work.
*Track record in delivering major projects specifically projects delivered in an investment bank or similar institution.
*Strong business analysis skills
*Experience in Client Relationship management
*Demonstrable leadership skills
*Strong Japanese & English language skills
