Equities Middle Office

Company Description

Global Financial Services player is seeking middle office staff for their Equities Operations division and is responsible for supporting agency business across Equity products.

The successful candidate will form part of product / client aligned teams supporting Equities Sales to ensure booking and post trade reporting processes to meet complex and diverse client requirements. The candidate will work closely with sales desks and settlement areas to ensure a seamless front to back service operational services.

The Equities Operations division is therefore looking for a bilingual candidate capable of working in high pressure environment and able to provide timely post execution service with accuracy. Prior experience in Equities is highly desirable, while basic product knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

*Provision of immediate supports to sales
*Booking and confirmation of agency trades
*Position reconciliation / Suspense Accounts monitoring
*Exception process/control & ad hoc queries
*Client Service
*System enhancement projects

Requirements

*Attention to detail and process efficiency
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Equity product/business knowledge preferred
*English/Japanese business level preferred
*Proactive in problem analysis and solving
*Ability to multitask but yet detail oriented
*Able to work under time pressure
*JSDA level 1 and 2 preferred
