Responsibilities
*日本の不動産に投資する特別目的会社に対して、月次、四半期、年次毎の、会計資料の提供・検討
*一般会計 財務諸表(日米両会計基準)作成
*財務分析と本社、経営幹部、投資家、貸し手への報告
*予算作成・分析
*キャッシュフロー管理
*税務申告（法人税、住民税、事業税、消費税）
*経理部員の管理・教育
*コントローラーのサポート
Requirements
*ＵＳ ＣＰＡ程度の知識（US CPA保持者 尚可）
*英語力（読・書・話）
