Responsibilities

*They are currently looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join the Client Service team at an Analyst/Associate level.
This role is an HR generalist position working in the Asia client service team
*Consult on HR issues for assigned divisions.
*Work closely with the divisions on all their HR issues both at the individual and team level to develop a good understanding of their business, in terms of strategy and planning, issues and people
*Ensure that the covered divisions are aware of, and have access to, the range of HR products and services

Requirements

*3-5 years HR experience preferred
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
*Proactive in problem solving and analytical skills
*Japanese language skills preferred

Additional Notes

Remuneration: This position will pay an annual base salary and discretionary bonus; roughly 10-18 total package
