Company Description
Assist the QA Head in managing the quality assurance functions covering QA reviews, self-assessment validations, tracking of outstanding comments, incidents monitoring, fraud management, information security, and risk identification through various reviews and analysis of control data provided by GCB (Global Consumer Business) and CIB (Corporate and Investment Bank).
Responsibilities
*Plan and conduct QA reviews using the ARR (Audit & Risk Review) audit programs as per the QA schedule.
*Work with various business units to implement or enhance their self-assessment processes on an ongoing basis.
*Review self-assessments performed by the business units and provide recommendations for improving the quality. Validate the accuracy of RCSA (Risk Control and Self-Assessment) results.
*Track outstanding comments from ARR audits, QA reviews and self-assessments.
*Validate the closure of comments raised from ARR audits, QA reviews and self-assessments to ensure that these are resolved properly.
*Assist the QA Head in designing and implementing risk-monitoring tools to enhance the QA’s risk identification capabilities and fraud management.
*Assist the QA Head in increasing the risk and control awareness of the CIB staff through self-assessment workshops.
*Perform other projects assigned by the QA Head.
Requirements
*English Communication (Written and Spoken)
*PC Skills (Word, EXCEL, Power Point, Others)
*Good analytical and communication skills
*Highly motivated and results driven
*Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
*Ability to learn fast and adaptable to changes
*Education: Business, Accounting or Finance Degree
*Three years in the banking industry
*Three years in audit related functions
*SOX 404 experience
