Our Client, a leader in the global Pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join their Head of Japan site in Kansai
Responsibilities
* To continually develop and maintain a world class Supply Chain department to ensure all sector company Commercial activities are supported in a timely and efficient manner.
* To provide recommendations and expertise to the Country leadership team to ensure the Supply Chain impact of any strategy decisions are considered.
* To ensure all operational activities are maintained and continuously improved to satisfy the local and Global performance targets set.
* Report to Head of Japan Site & Head of Global Supply Chain Management.
Requirements
* Degree level qualifications preferably in Operations or Logistics management. *Professional Logistics qualifications.
* 7-10 years experience in Supply Chain or related roles.
* Strong managerial skills.
* Extensive change management and benchmarking skills desirable
