Step Consulting is a new business division formed by the merger of Step Consulting K.K., in September 2007 with the Engineering Division of Wall Street Associates K.K.

Step Consulting's approach involves deeply understanding candidates before any introductions take place. The candidate's character, capabilities, and potential are carefully assessed and successful matches are based on this deep understanding of every candidate. Step Consulting assists in establishing communication both ways between client companies and candidates, and provides support to make the hiring process smooth and successful for both sides.
