Our client is a leading telecommunications technology provider
Responsibilities
*Represent Japan on all relevant HR matters to corporate/regional HQ
* Provide HR Service to all Japan employees and senior management in the area of rules, policies, salary system, labor relations and personnel actions
*Assist President of Japan Office
*Work closely with relevant managers to be responsible for overall recruitment processes
*Update and maintain all HR policies and procedures including employee rules
*Implement Corporate/APAC HR programs on time
*Lead Employee Care and Social Responsibility program
*Update HRIS systems
*Manage expatriation and repatriation of employees from other countries to Japan
*Lead appraisal process based on existing system and take the initiative to provide necessary training for managers and employees, monitoring status, scheduling
*Execute salary and performance bonus process
*Take the initiative in employee relation, provide appropriate advice to management
* Manage all retirement procedures
Requirements
* Experiences in international organizations and people management
*Familiar with HR policies, procedures and Japanese labor law
*Strong experience on recruitment
*Education: University degree
*Language skill: Fluent command of English is required.
Preferred Experience
*Over 2 years of managerial experience will be preferable
*At least 7 or more years of experience in general HR roles.
