Responsibilities
- Manage the global team of Listed Futures & Options Operations
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as well as regulatory bodies
- Manage team performance with KPI and KRI benchmarks
- Contribute to the firm's strategic business view
Requirements
- 3 years of team management experience
- Native level Japanese and fluent English
- JSDA 1 and 2
- Internal Control Manager
Preferred Experience
- Strong knowledge of listed futures and options as well as regulatory aspects (both local and foreign)
- Demonstrated strategic thinking skills
- People and Performance management
Desired Traits
- AVP level candidates looking to grow and further career goals
- Experience with process re-engineering
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written)
