Responsibilities
HR Manager resides within the global functions, regions or business units delivering HR solutions. HR Manager is responsible for aligning HR delivery to business needs. HR Manager will directly report to HR Director in Japan.
Requirements
•Ability to work effectively with a variety of people in a multinational environment with a matrix structure.
•Good communicator, self-starter
•Commercially-minded with business acumen
•Fluent in English
Preferred Experience
•BPR / Implement HR processes experience
Desired Traits
•5-10 years experience as HR generalist in commercial industries
