Responsibilities

* Report to Chief, Real Estate and Facilities
* Work with general guidance form the Managing Partner of the office
* In conjunction with firm-wide directors and managers, is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of human resources, secretarial, paralegal, facility/operations, and office systems
* Suggest, coordinate and resolve problems with arises in office
* Identify, plan and manage for the changing needs of the office

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree
* 5 years of experience in management within an office of more than 25 employees (preferably a branch office of a large firm) as an office administrator
* Proven track record of advising, consulting, and partnering with senior management
* Must have excellent supervisory and leadership skills and demonstrate willingness and ability to delegate
* Working knowledge of computer software applications and programs, such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point in a web-based environment
* Strong problem solving skills, writing and presentation skills, and coaching and developmental skills
* Fluent Japanese and English level

Preferred Experience

* Demonstrated track record of building relationships and delivering results and within a large, matrixed organization

Desired Traits

* Strong influence,-management, facilitation, motivation, and resolution skills
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
