Company Description

Responsibilities

- Achieve and exceed objectives (Company and individual) as well as his team objectives
- Apply sales strategy to the company.
- Ensure good relationships with customers
- Aggressively develop the business by increasing market share through constant pipeline build up with existing and new accounts
- Sell added value propositions (including professional services - training and consulting - and recurrent maintenance contracts)
- Control the quality of the data in the CRM tool and the accuracy of the reporting
- Coordinate necessary training for the account managers; coach and mentor staff
- Provide leadership in the management
- Report regularly to the Managing director the status of the business and the progress made on action plans and initiatives
- Ensure a good coordination with other departments and other sales teams

Requirements

- 10+ years or above working experience will be a minimum, among which, 5+ years direct sales experience and 5+ years sales management experience are necessary.

Preferred Experience

- Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering discipline. Master degree will be a strong plus.
- Experience in Software and Consulting industry will be preferred.
