Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the current wholesale account base (approx. 300 accounts) including top level account relationships
* Manage all sales personnel, wholesale and retail
* Oversee and execute direct sales expansion plan including simultaneous retail, e-commerce and outlet roll outs
* Manage sales revenue growth
* Prepare and manage sales budget
* Create Accurate Sales Projections
* Manage Inventory Position
* Prepare Weekly Updates on Revenue Position
CURRENT STAFF
* Wholesale Sales People: 10
* Retail: 2 (Full Time) 6 (Part Time)
Requirements
* Strong Retail Background
* Wholesale Experience
* Branded Apparel Experience
* Proven Managerial Background
Preferred Experience
Sales Management experience in the fashion or sports good arena. Wholesale and Retail is prefered
Desired Traits
Someone with strong track record of growing sales in the apparel industry.
