Responsibilities

Senior member in the consolidation team and reporting to the consolidation team manager
With manager support and through collaboration with commercial finance teams, plans & carries out budget compilation (LROP=Long Range Operating Plan, mid-term plan, PP=Profit Plan, annual budget, EA=Estimated Actual, monthly estimate) comprehensively
Own financial systems for planning and reporting and ensures routines and controls are in place for appropriate data uploads and retrievals
Analyze overall company\'s financial performance and develops commentaries
Consolidate financial risks and opportunities from commercial finance teams as well as other departments and keeps management informed
Develop and delivers monthly / quarterly financial reports for local management
Support HQ functions on budget development & financial performance management and work with them as a business partner in solving problems in divisions from the financial viewpoint
Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, and/or related field
5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and/or related field
Excel: need proficiency in mid / advanced functions (lookups, sumif, database functions)
PowerPoint: need experience putting together slide decks for financial reviews
Effective English reading/writing, e-mail communication, and smooth conversational English (TOEIC 900 or above preferred)
Experience working with financial systems; being able to grasp the systems as a whole and understanding their linkages
Strong understanding of basic financial planning drivers such as price, volume, mix and foreign currency

Requirements

*Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, and/or related field
*5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and/or related field
*Excel:need proficiency in mid / advanced functions (lookups, sumif, database functions)

Preferred Experience

*MBA, CPA or similar advanced degree or certification
*Excel - Macro / VBA skills preferred
*Experience working in multi-national companies with global colleagues
*Good knowledge of USGAAP accounting
