* Develop P&O strategies and metrics with P&O director
* Organizational development and recruiting
* Make and implement annual pay plan and benefit programs
* Enhance associates relations providing line management with directions and advice
* Build an effective team and develop direct report

Requirements

* Over 10 years of HR management experience
* Over 7 years of Line management Experience
* Functional English skill (TOEIC 850)
* Native Level Japanese

Preferred Experience

* Both experience in Japanese large company and foreign company experience
* Manager or Senior Management experience
