* Develop the brand marketing plan (Strategies, execution, etc)
* Build the strategic plan for the brand
* Develop new product ideas and concepts
* Lead research projects, collaborating with the research team
* Lead a cross functional team for product development and commercialization
Requirements
* Native Level Japanese, Advanced Level English
* Previous FMCG Brand Management Experience
* Skincare experience would be beneficial
* Must be currently employed in a successful position
