Responsibilities

Facilitate overall budgeting/forecasting process with stakeholders not only in Marketing but also within Finance such as Reporting and Accounting team
Help and support Commercial Finance Group Manager for evaluation of effectiveness/efficiency of Marketing Programs through financial analysis
Monitor Marketing expenses, ensuring that the spend is in line with planned budgets
Provide periodical Finance training to update the latest financial requirement/compliance/regulation
Ensure accounting/tax treatment for spend are in line with rules such as GAAP

Requirements

3-5 years experience in financial analysis
Financial analytical skills such as ROI and NPV to perform/review financial analyses together with capability to provide commercial insights
Native Japanese and business level English language skills

Preferred Experience

Experience in FMCG industry is an advantage
