*Communication with the business unit leaders to identify key talent in every level and deliver development programs
*HR Operation Management
*Enhancing client facing service quality
*Manage two business partners
*Develop culture to enhance learning
*Creating a culture of high performance combined with a faster pace with the highest integrity and compliance
*Enhancing the Performance Management System
* Driving workforce diversity and culture to attract and retain talent

Requirements

*Advanced Englsih (Toeic-850+)
*Native level Japanese
*10 years experience in strategic HR
*5 years experience in a manager role
* 4 years of solid experience in Organization Development and Effectiveness

Preferred Experience

*MBA graduate
*Knowles of the Pharmaceutical industry
*Stable background
