Responsibilities
*Manage all HR matters for your client group with the support of the company's corporate HR resources
*Provide consulting and technical HR support as needed by the business
*Develop and maintain HR procedures for your business unit
*Work with training department to deliver targeted education programs for your internal clients
*Lead special HR projects
Requirements
*More than 5 years of HR experience in multiple HR functions
*Ability to manage HR projects
*Native-level Japanese and strong bilingual communication skills in English
*Ability to travel if necessary and possibly visit clients outside of normal business hours
Preferred Experience
*HR experience in a large, global firm
*HR coverage of salespeople
*Actual sales experience (not required)
