Requirements
* 5 years of call center experience
* Strong Stress Management
* Good interpersonal and communication skill
* Self assessment ability
* Mental toughness
* Positive personality
* Good knowledge of training methodologies
Preferred Experience
* 3 years of both in-bound and out-bound training
managerial experience
* Experience in a foreign company
