Company Description
My client, a major UK retail finance house is looking for a sales team leader to work with its customer base here in Tokyo.
Responsibilities
-Research and pursue all business leads
-Create new and maintain existing business relationships.
-Be motivational with your direct reports. These reports in turn should be able to learn from you when the time arises to hire and mentor more staff.
--Will be expected to manage a small team of 3.
Requirements
-Experience at a retail bank, securities firm or insurance company.
-Must have fluent English
-Must have Native Japanese skills.
-Must have good customer liaison skills.
Solid bilingual telephone mannr. Will spend a lot of the time on the phone.
