• Strong team member: expected to be active contributor to HR team.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Meeting facilitation skills & presentation skills.
• Flexibility – ability to adapt quickly in a changing & growing work environment.
• Ability to coordinate projects – demonstrated ability to put together project plans and execute effectively.
• Bi-lingual Japanese & English
Preferred Experience
* HR administration experience at a fast-paced company
* Preferably from a overseas based company
* HR generalist experience is a plus.
