*resolving HR issues.
*Making proposals of training and developing HR systems for all employees in co ordinance with the business line.
*Counseling employees.
Requirements
*5 years of HR experience
*Previous experience in payroll, performance evaluations, and administration
*HR experience with a foreign affiliate company
*University Degree
*Business level English
*Native level Japanese

*HR operations experience
*Organizational Development experience
*HR training and development experience
