Responsibilities
- Work closely Sales Director in developing new accounts and increasing business with current customers in the Automotive, Industrial, Medical, and Consumer Electronic industries
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the Japan market, identifying key potential areas for business development.
- Analyze current market and work with Sales Director on SWOT analysis of current business situation. (Strengths, Weaknesses, Obstacles, Threats)
Requirements
- Strong sales track record with Japanese companies in the Electronics, Automotive, or Medical industry
Preferred Experience
- 4 to 5 years experience in Sales, Account Management at a electronic components, mechanical parts or related industry
- Experience working in Automotive, Medical Device, or Electronics industry is a plus
Desired Traits
- Strong customer interfacing and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a very diverse and fast paced environment
- Flexibility in regards to company and customer requests
- Able to work independently and sometimes outside the assigned job description
