Company Description
*Our client is an Global firm with various brands throughout Asia, Europe and the US. They planning on launching new strategies and products in the APAC Region to dominate the APAC market
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all sales revenue and sales growth in the Asia Pacific Region to include (Japan, China, Korea etc.)
- Develop Sales strategy for the APAC region and coordinate all activities with parent company and partner brands
- Manage all sales staff in their performance, productivity, and professional development
- Report directly to the Global Sales Director and Regional President in Japan
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree, MBA a plus
- Exp managing APAC Sales function is ideal
- Exp working in Japan and / or Asia
- Ability to lead cross functional teams across multiple regions
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
Preferred Experience
- 10 to 15 years exp in sales, trade marketing
- Exp managing APAC Sales function is ideal
- Exp working in Japan and / or Asia
