Responsibilities
*Manage contracts -Reviewing, Negotiating, Advising
*M&A - Working with each regional counsels to expand its business
*Litigation-Working with APAC Regional Counsel to manage patent or other litigation
*Transactions - Ensure effective Legal risk management of its business transactions
Requirements
* Law degree from appropriate university
* Business English
* Over 7 years experience in either corporate legal position or legal firm
* Strong in Corporations Law, Labors Law
* Experience in reporting to overseas management in English
Preferred Experience
*Manufacturing, IT background
*Lawyer
