Responsibilities
- Manage day to day production (Production Control, Planning, Production Engineering) for the entire facility
- Responsible for all key metrics from Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost.
- Manage, train and develop subordinates on a day to day basis.
- Use 6 sigma or similar methods to reduce defects and improve quality level.
- Mid-term strategy planning including investment on technology, systems and equipment
- Negotiation and coordination with business partners such as 3PL, Packaging Suppliers etc.
- Internal communication/coordination with domestic and overseas affiliates and vendors.
Requirements
- Production Control, Production Planning, Production Engineering, Kaizen skills and experience
- Intermediate English, Fluent Japanese
Preferred Experience
- Exp working in a production related industry
- Exp managing minimum 10 to 20 subordinates
