Responsibilities
* Manage Pre-sales Staff Members
* Effectively drive server and workstation related pre-sales activities.
* Develop server and workstation selling model, process
* Co-work with business partners / solution & service partners to develop solution and service package
* Co-work with field sales force to identify sales opportunity and acquire them
* Maintain intimate contact with customers to understand their environment and find their challenges
* Propose possible solutions to our customers and match their needs with products, services and technology, and translate our technical solutions into customer value and benefits.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of \"pre-sales” experience with business (market) development skills in X86 server makers (PC and Server products makers) or similar experience of SIers / solution vendors
* Understand X86 based Server System and the Server Market, and the Customer / Business Partner requirement
* Attain 2+ years of pre-sales section management experience
* Attain experience of channel-distributor sales activities
* Over 10 years pre-sales experience in Gaishi PC companies
* Project management skills
