* Work closely with Plant Manager and APAC Quality Director to insure safe products
* Responsible for all quality assurance and quality control issues for Japan Manufacturing site.
* Includes keeping and improving on all GMP and GQP regulations.
* Manage group of 20 staff
* Give direction / leadership, training to entire team
Requirements
【MUST】
* 10 years experience in quality assurance, pharmaceutical industry
* Business level English
* Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
* Leadership ability and the passion to motivate others
